The UK’s magazine, “The List”, wrote an online article all about the best of animation in Scotland. Among the cartoons mentioned was our very own Scottish Ninjas™! In the article, they use our opening titles as an analogy for Scotland’s growing animation industry. You can read the full article HERE.

Scottish Ninjas Listed In “The Best Of Animation In Scotland”!
Scottish Ninjas™ Clip #6 – Get Your Filthy Paws Off Me!
It’s another heart stopping moment from the Scottish Ninjas™ pilot episode! In this clip, we see The Executioner at his darkest, as he learns what happens when you mess with family!
Trainwreck Band Are Scottish Ninjas Fans!
The road is a bitch, my friends. While on that lonely road, what does Klip Calhoun (Kyle Gass from Tenacious D), Darryl Lee Donald (Lee from Tenacious D), John “Shreddy” Shredman (Anti-Christ of the 6 strings), Boy Johnny (John Striker of Filter), and Dallas St. Bernard (Drummer extraordinaire) do to pass the time? They watch the Scottish Ninjas™ pilot episode, that’s what!
For those of you not in the know, Trainwreck is the side project of Kyle Gass of Tenacious D fame. Along with Lee of the D, and a gaggle of uber talented mofos, they rock out with a southern rock flavor that causes women’s panties to melt off.
I was able to chat with the band after a recent show and was surprised to discover that they have a copy of the Scottish Ninjas™ pilot DVD that they take with them on the road. If that’s not a ringing endorsement, I don’t know what is!
Listen To The Seattle-Geekly Podcast!
As we wrote earlier, the creators of the Scottish Ninjas™ were interviewed for the Seattle-Geekly podcast. Well, we are proud to announce that the podcast is now online and you can listen to our interview HERE! We may be a tad biased, but we think it is Seattle-Geekly’s best show to date! It’s their Mona Lisa!…their Sistine Chapel!…their Empire Strikes Back! It’s an hour and forty seven minutes of pure gold. Which would make our segment 20 minutes of super duper pure gold! We highly recommend you listen to the entire episode, as there are many riveting interviews and fantastic musical interludes. But if you are an impatient bastard, you can jump to the 29 min mark to hear our interview.
Many thanks to the great Shannon Flowers and Matt Hammond for supporting the Scottish Ninjas™ via their fantastic website/podcast, Seattle-Geekly.
