As we wrote earlier, the creators of the Scottish Ninjas™ were interviewed for the Seattle-Geekly podcast. Well, we are proud to announce that the podcast is now online and you can listen to our interview HERE!  We may be a tad biased, but we think it is Seattle-Geekly’s best show to date!  It’s their Mona Lisa!…their Sistine Chapel!…their Empire Strikes Back!  It’s an hour and forty seven minutes of pure gold.  Which would make our segment 20 minutes of super duper pure gold!  We highly recommend you listen to the entire episode, as there are many riveting interviews and fantastic musical interludes.  But if you are an impatient bastard, you can jump to the 29 min mark to hear our interview.

This Sunday is the Seattle Kilted Run & Walk.  Held at Magnuson Park, the event includes a 5K run/walk, a free kids dash for children 12 & under, live music, a post-race vendor area and the beer garden for those over 21.

Be sure to keep an eye out for the Scottish Ninjas™ street team, as they will be participating in the jog.  They will be wearing Scottish Ninjas™ t-shirts, so they can be easily spotted.  Feel free to stop by and say hi!

It is a day that will go down in history.

Why?  Because that was the official premiere screening of Scottish Ninjas™!

We debuted the pilot episode to a packed house at the Eagles Hall, in Kirkland Washington,  and the over all consensus was clear…the public loves the Scottish Ninjas™!

Drinks were flowing, people were breaking bread, everyone laughed until their sides split, and Scottish Ninjas™ merchandise was flying off the shelves!  It was a great time for all.

The Emerald City ComiCon was grrrreat!  Many people said hi, asked about the show, left with freebies, and when it was all said and done, the majority of convention goers were converted into the cult of kilt-fu!

And a special thanks to “Man of Action Studios” (The creators of Ben 10 and Generator Rex) for taking the time to talk with us about the business of animation, as well as give incredibly insightful feedback on Scottish Ninjas™!  It was vital information that was much appreciated by all of us.  Thanks guys!  Your studio should be renamed “Gentlemen of Action”.

Thanks to everyone who came up and said hi to us at the Emerald City ComiCon today!  Who knew we had fans already?! ;-)   We’ll be back at it again tomorrow, wandering around in our kilts and Scottish Ninjas hoodies.  Anyone who walks up and asks us about the pilot will get a free copy of it on dvd!
